Facilitation Services + Experience
Facilitating live events, whether as a moderator or a host, is alike to a dance - it requires flexibility, adaptability, and dynamic grace. My experiences working as a teacher of kids of all ages has solidified my skillset as a confident presenter and thoughtful listener. I am comfortable facilitating events for adults and children alike and I've assisted as a tech support for multiple Zoom events for lesbian literary journal Sinister Wisdom. My rates depend on the project, although they tend to range between $300 - $400. Please reach out using the form to the left if you'd like to request my facilitative services. I have experiences hosting workshops, teaching classes, and moderating conversations between multiple panel members. Check out the samples of some of my experiences below to get a sense of what I can do! |

"Homoscopes" Exhibit Opening
I was honored to represent Sinister Wisdom in collaboration with The Center Archive to facilitate a conversation between the following speakers: spiritist witch Krysta Venora (Pink Opal Magic); artist and musician Cristy Road Carrera (The Next World Tarot); and astrologer Alice Sparkly Kat (“Postcolonial Astrology,” North Atlantic Books.)
“Homoscopes,” curated by Rachel Pitkin in partnership with The Center Archive, will explore the representation of alternative beliefs in lesbian print of the 1970s. From reclaiming deviant imagery to developing unique spiritual practices, writers and artists sought to entertain and empower their readers through references to Witchcraft, Astrology, and elements of Spirituality. Check out the video below, and visit the full virtual exhibition here.
